Matt Mooney and Taisha Rojas-Parker from Workforce Connection will share details of a unique “Workforce Assessment” project they conducted for an employer that provided the employer with new insights on their workforce while also avoiding a potentially negative experience with a Navigator. The employer was experiencing extraordinarily high turnover despite paying significantly higher wages than most other companies. They were interested in hiring Workforce Connection for coaching, but there was concern that jumping in to that contract might set both of them up for failure.
