Following a launch with a new employer, the question remains, “Now What?” In our line of work, the impact we make isn’t always described or shown through data or numbers. Intangibles are powerful, and yet, they can be tough to explain or prove in communication with employer partners. The keys to maintaining and cultivating employer engagement are empathy and showing confidence in the services we provide. In other words, employer engagement requires the ability to “humanize” our work, “humanize” the outcomes and the client stories that paint a picture of our ability to serve and empower.
