Mindy Ysasi, Executive Director of The SOURCE, a WorkLab Founding Member, assisted racial justice nonprofit Race Forward: The Center for Racial Justice Innovation with research for its latest report: Race-Explicit Strategies for Workforce Equity in Healthcare and IT. The report identifies barriers to equitable employment outcomes for workers of color, and outlines solutions through a systemic and outcome-oriented approach.

Mindy Ysasi, Executive Director of The SOURCE (Southwest Organizations Unifying Resources for Community and Employees), assisted in setting up focus groups and prototype tests with her staff and clients.

Race-Explicit Strategies for Workforce Equity in Healthcare and IT identifies barriers to achieving equitable employment outcomes for workers of color in the workforce development field, and outlines solutions to increase racial equity through a systemic, race-explicit, and outcome-oriented approach.
