Many of you have heard Liddy refer to the book Building a StoryBrand: Clarify Your Message So Customers Will Listen that promotes the idea that people are drawn to services they can understand the fastest. However, it's difficult to make time to work on your messaging and expensive to hire someone to work on your organization's brand.
So WorkLab has invested in a private workshop with StoryBrand to take members through the framework StoryBrand has developed for clarifying messaging and attracting customers. The workshop will be in Denver on August 22-23; we hope to see you there!
In preparation for this in-person workshop, Communications Manager Alyssa King will present an overview of the StoryBrand methodology in a 20-minute webinar. The webinar will cover the principles of the StoryBrand approach to make talking about your brand simple and easy. We will also share suggestions and resources for preparing to participate in the August workshop, such as gathering customer feedback and developing customer profiles.
